1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays). Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (PKT). Orders placed after this time, or on Sundays and holidays, will be processed starting the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer shipping across Pakistan. Delivery charges and timelines are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: Free

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (depending on your city).
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2–4 business days.
- Other Cities: 4–7 business days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions or courier peak seasons.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for all orders across Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to avoid inconvenience.
4. Shipment Tracking
You can track your package directly via our courier partner's portal using the tracking ID provided in your confirmation SMS/Email.
5. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Packages
Please double-check your shipping address and contact number before placing an order. CrownEra is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
