We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at zeeeshanahmed02@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Sector F-10/3, Street No. 59, House No. 90, Islamabad, Pakistan.
For defective or incorrect products, return shipping is free, and CrownEra will provide a pre-paid return label. If the return is for a "change of mind," the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items: While we generally cannot accept returns on gift cards or certain perishable goods, all products advertised on CrownEra—including sale items—are eligible for a return or exchange if they arrive damaged or defective. We believe in the quality of our apparel, electronics, and automotive goods, and we will always make it right if your order is not as described.
Sale Items: Items purchased during a promotion or at a discounted price are eligible for return if they are defective or damaged. For "change of mind" returns on sale items, please contact us at zeeeshanahmed02@gmail.com to discuss available options.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, for COD and Bank Deposits, refunds are issued manually via Bank Transfer or mobile wallet within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
